Babette’s Blooms is the floral and event design branch of Events and More, a Belleview-based full-service wedding consultation and coordination business. Helmed by Babette Hill, the company has over 24 years of industry experience. Over the years, we have created stunning wedding florals for our wedding clients. Floral Design is included in many of our pre-designed wedding packages, and was, until now, only available this way.

We now offer our custom floral design as a standalone service in Central Florida. We proudly serve a 60-mile radius around Ocala, and we are always happy to travel farther upon request for an additional delivery fee.

We do things a little differently here. Because we don’t have a physical storefront, we avoid high overhead costs—and we pass those savings on to you! Wondering if this means a drop in quality? Not at all. We partner with the same local wholesalers and growers as traditional shops, ordering only the freshest flowers specifically for your event.

What is the best way to contact you?

We offer a free first floral design consultation and will be happy to answer your questions. Because we are often out and about, you’d best reach us by email or scheduled phone appointments.

Tell me more about your cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel at any time after you have contracted us, all payments and deposits are non-refundable and will be used as loss of income.

Is it possible to change my date?

That depends on the time frame. All flower orders to the growers are out a month or more before your event. Placed orders with suppliers can not be canceled, leaving us unable to recover those costs. If we know a date change early enough, payments will be applied to a new date minus a 25% rescheduling fee.

How does the billing process work?

To secure your booking, we request a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining 50% due 40 days before your event. We will also send our Floral design contract with Adobe Sign.

Can we change our minds on florals once booked?

Once your flower order and design are finalized, we can not make changes to specific blooms. However, depending on the timeline, you can usually add extra arrangements and bouquets. We are happy to accommodate early changes, but please note that if the overall look or design is altered, a new design fee will apply.

Here is a quick breakdown of how to make the most of your floral budget:

Make it Mobile: Create portable arrangements for wedding aisles, arches, and entrances.

Repurpose with Purpose: Move ceremony pieces to high-impact reception areas, such as the reception entrance, bar, or behind the head table.

Save & Sustain: This approach reduces total blooming stem counts while adding more greenery, reducing waste, and lowering overall floral costs without sacrificing visual impact. Choose seasonal blooms and flowers that are available year-round.

The Fine Print

We are Floral Event Designers, not traditional Florists. We custom create your florals to your wishes and specifications, deliver them, and set them up on location. Your Flowers will be ordered from growers specifically for your event. We don’t have blooms in stock like a flower shop, so minimum orders apply.

The minimum flower order is $500 for flowers only, plus the cost of design, materials, delivery, and setup. If you only need a bridal bouquet, a traditional local Florist will love to help you.
